mfs-1 Multi Finger Scanner Device Released

VeriTouch Ltd. (U.S.A) announced today the release of the world's first multi finger biometric terminal allowing for high speed capture and verification of all ten fingers, using an advanced programmable USB Microcontroller interface and multiple USB fingerprint sensors. Designed as a turn key solution for a prestigious Government sponsored National HealthCare program, the mfs-1 has immediate application to Law Enforcement, Government and Military Facilities Physical and Network Security Operations, and Corporate Network and Physical Facilities Security.

The mfs-1 offers the highest security protocols available in the world, requiring the user to enroll all ten fingerprint minutiae templates and verify all ten with each access request. Our reVeal® 32-bit enrollment-verification suite for Windows 98 and Windows 2000 offers a fully shrink-wrapped solution for the rapid enrollment of authorized users either to a real time database or to IC smartcard for login.

The mfs-1 is powered by our unique, proprietary 13-Port USB Intelligent Hub/Controller.The mfs-1 USB Hub, integrated in the internal casing of the device, offers three (3) USB ports for additional USB devices

A supplied single USB cable connection to Host PC and supplied 5v DC Transformer is all that is required for operation.
