VeriTouch Spins Off MuViBOXX!®, Introduces First Legal P2P Media Center

For Immediate Release

New York City - 2 December 2005

VeriTouch Ltd., a world leader in providing biometric hardware devices, algorithms and encryption technologies, today announced the spin-off of MuViBOXX!, a new entertainment company that will introduce the world's first legal P2P (Peer-to-Peer) file-sharing network in a consumer set-top TV box.

MuViBOXX! will feature VeriTouch's patent-pending biometric DRM (Digital Rights Management), and allow consumers to download movie and music content from its proprietary global file-sharing network via broadband connection to the Internet. MuViBOXX! is currently in discussions with major record labels and movie studios to secure high-quality content for its new network.

The revolutionary media center device will allow consumers to browse the MuViBOXX! global network and download, burn to DVD or store on the MuViBOXX' 500GB HDD full-length MPEG-4 quality movies with 5 channel surround sound, and full audio CD's from major entertainment studios and their artists.

The MuViBOXX! mv-1 will feature:

For the first time anywhere, customers sharing files on the MuViBOXX! Network will be rewarded with "MuViBOXX! Points" each time they "push" content they have purchased out onto the network as requested by other customers.

When they have accumulated enough points, they may use them to purchase additional new content from major entertainment studios that support the MuViBOXX! Network.

Advanced technologies are integrated into the Network and the MuViBOXX! mv-1 to preserve the rights of all artists and copyright owners.

"We are excited to be introducing the world's first legal P2P network device and media player for consumers, making it possible for the freedom of file-sharing networks to be brought forward within a legal framework, while removing the difficulty of owning and operating a PC," stated Gary E. Brant, Founder and CEO of MuViBOXX!  "MuViBOXX! is the result of more than three years of research and development, including direction from the major Hollywood studios and content developers who require protection of their valuable intellectual properties.  We expect that MuViBOXX! will centralize and establish a secure system for digital distribution of major entertainment properties, even simultaneous movie releases to theatrical chains, while enhancing the ease of access to new content for our customers."
